Return Policy:


1. We accept 7 days return policy if there are any products problem. 
(the date is according to the delivery time)

2. No refund/return or exchange for used hair and customized items .

3. To avoid delivery lost, return package only accept EMS,  the proforma invoice value have to be less than $18 US dollars. And the return shipping fee and customs duty will be in buyer's cost.
 
4. Please keep the return goods as original package. We do not accept any damaged goods.( including opening, washing, coloring etc)

The Followings and general instructions for human hair care,As each individu-al product may vary,consult your hair stylist for specific instruction.


1.Wash and condition hair regularly.

2.Detangle hair gently before washing.

3.Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean.Rinse thoroughly.

4.Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair to dry naturally.Do not expose to sun.

5.Comb curly hair gently with your fingers.Do not brush.

6.Brush straighter hair in a downward motion straight with the ends.Work your way up to the roots.

7.Certain items should not be brushed.such as braids,dome,etc,consult your hair stylist if in doubt.

8.Hair may tangled if general care directions are not followed properly.

Q1: When will you send out the order ?

A: All paid orders will ship out within 24 hours. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays.
 

Q2: How do I change address?

A: We only ship to paypal address only ,make sure the address is correct when the payment complect.

Q7: Can this hair be Iron-flat & Curled & Dyed?

A: Our virgin human hair can be dyed and iron-flat, iron flat, Pl don’t exceed 150ºC, or the hair will be destroyed. Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat. More questions, pls contact us freely.
