Return Policy:


1. We accept 7 days return policy if there are any products problem. 
(the date is according to the delivery time)

2. No refund/return or exchange for used hair and customized items .

3. To avoid delivery lost, return package only accept EMS,  the proforma invoice value have to be less than $18 US dollars. And the return shipping fee and customs duty will be in buyer's cost.
 
4. Please keep the return goods as original package. We do not accept any damaged goods.( including opening, washing, coloring etc)
